This page explains who runs PriceGlobally, what we do with the details you send us, and the terms for using the site.

Who we are

PriceGlobally (priceglobally.com) is run by Gotame, who is responsible for the personal data the site collects. Based in Perivale, London, UK. You can contact us through our contact form.

How we make money

No clinic pays us today. Listing is free, and we pass enquiries to clinics for free. If that changes and a clinic starts paying us, we will say so on the enquiry form and on that clinic's listing before you send anything. The order of a price table will never depend on payment.

Your enquiry

Each clinic on the site has a Get a quote button. If you use it, we collect only:

  • your first name
  • your email address
  • the treatment and the clinic you chose
  • your message
  • We do not ask any questions about your health. Please do not include medical details in your message. The clinic will ask what it needs.
  • We send your enquiry only to the one clinic you choose. That clinic may be outside the United Kingdom, for example in Turkey, Mexico or Thailand, where data protection law may be different. The form names the clinic and its country before you send anything.
  • We never sell your details or share them with anyone else, and we never use them for marketing.
  • Once the clinic has your enquiry, it uses your details under its own privacy policy.
  • The enquiry form is for people aged 18 or over.
  • We keep enquiries for 12 months, then delete them.
  • We also keep a short log of each enquiry with no personal details in it: the date, the clinic, the treatment, the country and the page. We use it to count how many enquiries each clinic receives.
  • Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. It checks your browser to tell people from automated programs.

Messages sent through the contact form are used only to reply to you, and are kept for the same 12 months. The form asks for a topic (a general question, a price error, or a clinic listing) and, if you choose, the page on our site the message is about; clinics can add the address of their own price page. Messages from clinics about adding or updating a listing are kept as business correspondence. We keep a log of the date, topic and page of each message, without your name, email or message.

Cookies and analytics

  • We do not set cookies.
  • We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. We see totals such as page views and the country visits come from.
  • If you choose a currency, your choice is saved in your own browser so the next page uses it. It is never sent to us.
  • The site is hosted by Hostinger and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any website, their servers process your IP address to send you the pages and to protect the site from attacks.

Terms of use

  • PriceGlobally compares prices that clinics publish on their own websites. We are not a clinic, a doctor, a dentist, a booking agency or a travel company. We do not arrange treatment, travel, hotels or transfers, and we do not take payment for treatment.
  • Each price is what the clinic published on the page shown next to it, on the date shown. Clinics can change their prices at any time.
  • A published price is not a quote. The clinic confirms the final price after it has assessed you, and it may differ.
  • Converted prices are a guide only. The clinic charges in its own currency.
  • We check prices regularly and correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot promise that every price is complete, current or correct. Always get a written, itemised quote from the clinic before you decide.
  • Any agreement for treatment is between you and the clinic. We are not responsible for any clinic's treatment, advice, prices or conduct.
  • Listing a clinic does not mean we recommend it or have checked its quality or safety.
  • As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on information on the site. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law says cannot be limited.
  • You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Please do not copy our tables or data in bulk without asking us first.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Medical disclaimer

  • PriceGlobally is a price comparison site. Nothing on it is medical advice.
  • We do not say whether a treatment is suitable or safe for you, and we do not rank the quality or safety of any clinic, doctor or dentist.
  • A lower or higher price does not tell you anything about the quality of the treatment.
  • Where we note that a clinic is on an official list, such as Turkey's Ministry of Health health tourism list, that is a fact about the list only. It is not a judgement of quality or safety.
  • Talk to a doctor or dentist you trust before you decide, and ask the clinic who will carry out the treatment.
  • If you are unwell, contact a doctor or your local emergency number.

Your data requests

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
  • correct data that is wrong
  • delete your data
  • stop using your data

Send your request through our contact form and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
